“Sandy Paws” is a very fashionable single-family bungalow located on a peaceful dead-end street near Banks Channel. This one-level family-aligned bungalow is meticulously maintained and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and welcomes your four-legged best friend! The open floor plan makes a ideal space to host your family while giving space for everybody to spread out. A pass-through window in the kitchen that opens to the dining room ensures that the chef of the family can always be part of the action. The kitchen table gives a comfortable space for all to gather and savor family meals or a board game. There are two covered porches located off the front of the home that can be accessed from the dining room and living room. Furnished with tables and chairs, this is the ideal spot for watching gorgeous sunsets and sound vistas in the evening. After watching the sun set over the Intracoastal waterway, you can sink into the cozy couch and appreciate your favorite movie on the convenient Roku TV.
