Off the beach, rinse off in the sizable outdoor shower and use the elevator to send up groceries or grandparents! Cook your meals in this beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and gas range with hood. The kitchen overlooks the cavernous dining and living areas with tons of seating and a gas fireplace. Or maybe you'd prefer to prepare your meals outside on the grille?   • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
