Parking rules: 3 cars MAX. One in the garage, one under porch and one behind that car if you need additional. No double parking under the porch and no parking in the middle between duplex. Owner sign for designated parking must not be moved.
- For any additional cars or parking, you will need to park your car on the street and pay for additional parking.
- We'd like to let you know that the lower-level apartment is occasionally used by the owner. Rest assured, this space is not available to renters, so your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. The upper level where you'll be staying is all yours to appreciate, with its own separate entrance and amenities.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

When to visit & When to book:

  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
