Stone Crab Suite 102 is Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean vistas overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Totally equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.

POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated.  As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
