This is the great beach bungalow your family is looking for! Sea La Vie is an refreshed lower level of a classic beach duplex on Wrightsville Beach. The front of the home has a enormous deck with tons of seating, and plenty of stay to appreciate the ocean and sound breeze. There is plenty of seating in the living room to watch movies together, and there is a sizable dining room table off the kitchen that seats 8. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you could need.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom in the back of the home. Off the kitchen is the first bedroom with a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third and final bedroom has a king size bed as well as a TV. There is a full bathroom at the back of the home with a bathtub.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Wrightsville Beach. To find the best vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
