A short distance until you’re in the water, and a little bit further to Crystal Pier and Oceanic Restaurant. This gem of a bungalow has 5 bedrooms, and the most comfortable interior you can find. This is the idyllic spot for your family or friends to getaway to the beach!

Parking instructions:
Parking for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

No family pets allowed.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
