Top location on Wrightsville Beach for a family beach and boat vacation on peaceful, calming South Lumina. Amazing ocean and sound vistas from 4 decks. The beach access is a 5 min. walk down the street, and the home also has a private, calm beach at the sound side dock with your deep-water boat slip and gazebo on Banks Channel. The dock is a great spot for the kids to fish! South Lumina is a one-way, slow-moving, minimal traffic street – likely more runners and bikers than cars, and no public parking.

Stunning ocean sunrises. Afternoon and evening ocean-side gatherings on the giant deck are comfortable in the shade - sunglasses not needed! This open floor plan is ideal for huge families and entertaining, and has ocean vistas from nearly every room. Don’t worry about hauling in your Keurig – we’ve got that! 4 Hi-Def flat screen TV’s. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
